At REVER Nail Lounge, we believe self-care should feel calm, effortless, and elevated.

To maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, please take a moment to review our policies below.

Health & Safety

Your comfort and well-being always come first at REVER. To keep every guest safe and cared for, please note the following:

  • Weight Limit: Our spa chairs have a maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs to ensure safety. If you are unsure or need assistance, please let us know — we’re here to help you feel comfortable.

  • Open Wounds: We cannot perform services on open cuts, wounds, infections, or painful ingrowns. Please allow these to heal or visit a medical professional before booking.

  • Allergies & Sensitivities: If you have allergies (gel, acrylic, fragrances, etc.) or skin sensitivities, please inform your technician before we begin so we can adjust your service accordingly.

  • Sanitation: All tools and stations are disinfected between each guest to maintain a clean, relaxing environment.

Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and select your colors.

If you are running late, kindly let us know.

After 10 minutes, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled to accommodate the next appointment.

No-Show & Late Cancellations

We completely understand that plans change.

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

No-shows (missing your appointment with no notice) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

These policies help us respect our team’s time and keep availability fair for everyone.

First-Time Client Booking Policy

To reserve an appointment, first-time clients are required to place a valid credit card on file. We will give you a call to confirm your booking.

Your card will not be charged when booking. It is securely stored to hold your appointment and is only used in accordance with our late cancellation or no-show policy.

Color Selection

Please confirm your color choice before we complete your service.

If you decide to change the color after the service is finished, we are happy to adjust it for an additional fee.

Color preference changes do not qualify as complimentary fixes.

Complimentary Fixes

We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days for technical issues such as: chipping, peeling, lifting, breakage.

Fixes do not apply to color or design preferences, or issues caused by external damage.

Please reach out as soon as you notice a concern — we’re here to help.

Refunds

All service payments are final.

We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to addressing concerns through our 7-day fix period.

Children & Pets

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests:

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
  • Friendly pets are welcome if they are carried, in a stroller/bag, or safely leashed.
  • For everyone’s comfort, pets must remain calm and by your side during the service.

Personal Items

Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.

REVER Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
