β€’ Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
β€’ Gift cards may be used across multiple visits until the balance is exhausted.
β€’ REVER is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
β€’ Promotional offers and rewards cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated.
β€’ Gift cards may be used toward services and eligible retail products.

How it works

Refer a friend to REVER.

Your friend must be a first-time guest.

Once their appointment is completed, you'll receive a $10 REVER Credit.

Your friend receives $10 off their first visit.

Important
  • Credits are issued per qualifying referral.
  • Credits may be redeemed at a maximum of $10 per visit.
  • Credits cannot be combined in a single appointment.
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Referral rewards are valid only after the referred guest completes and pays for their service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please note:

REVER CIRCLE rewards and Group Booking benefits cannot be combined. Guests may choose either the First-Time Guest referral credit through REVER CIRCLE or the Group Booking perks for their visit, but not both.

Can I redeem multiple REVER Circle credits during one visit?

No. A maximum of one $10 credit may be redeemed per visit.

If I refer 10 people, can I use $100 on my next appointment?

No. Referral credits are designed to be enjoyed over future visits and may be redeemed one $10 credit per appointment.

Can I refer family members? Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, provided they are first-time guests and complete a qualifying service. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make.

Can credits be transferred?

No. Credits are tied to the referring guest's account.

Do referrals expire?

No, credits do not expire.

What happens if my referral cancels or no-shows?

Referral rewards are issued only after the guest completes and pays for their service.

Can gift cards be used to pay gratuity?

Unfortunately, gift card balance can not used as gratuity.

What happens if someone in my group cancels?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations depending on the event agreement.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages require prior approval.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for larger groups and private events.

What if I lose my gift card?

Please contact us. Replacement may be available if proof of purchase can be verified.

Can I use a gift card and a REVER Credit during the same visit?

Yes. REVER Credits may be applied first, with any remaining balance paid using a gift card.
